Having founded his career in the carpentry trade and continued his development with a Bachelor of Building and Construction Management, Joel’s knowledge and understanding of the industry is second to none. His management techniques are an asset to all projects in both a practical and theoretical sense, and his holistic understanding of all project types makes him a strong leader of the Skelcon team.
Prior to founding Skelcon, Joel worked for some of Newcastle’s premier building companies and was inspired to develop Skelcon around the core values of honesty and transparency. Additionally, Vic was part of the team that designed the new Skelcon Workplace, a space that she takes great pride in and enjoys working in each day.
As an Interior Designer at Skelcon, Vic has focused solely on interior design. However, she has spent the past 18 months refining the interior design and architecture offering with the team, to best serve Skelcon's clients and integrate into the company's business.
