32 Accolade Avenue in Morisset has a new look and feel! The Skelcon team recently completed a fit-out of the new industrial warehouse at The Yard Brewery & Smokehouse.

Our goal with this project, in line with The Yard brand, was to create a space where customers can unwind, enjoy and be a part of a community that serves as a ‘home away from home’.
This project was a team effort, brought to life by a number of talented local trade companies. For this fit-out, Skelcon were responsible for a number of components, including the staircase construction, joinery (through our branch company Skelcon Joinery), polished concrete, walls and ceilings, tiling, painting, carpentry, tactiles and nosings, internal landscaping, stainless steel and rangehoods, handrails and balustrading.
Designed by Hexa Hospitality Design, the end result for the warehouse is stylish, welcoming and certainly on brand. Special materials featured throughout the space include knotwood timber-look battens, briclad reclaimed clinkers, concrete-look paint to the precast wall panels, and a hanging overhead bar frame to tie all of these elements together.
