Skelcon recently completed the new Newcastle Foreshore Kiosk for the Newcastle City Council, delivering one of the most unique builds we’ve ever taken on.
Designed by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer, the project features off-form concrete, curved hardwood timber batten ceilings and flowing curved elements throughout the entire build, including the kiosk, amenities and outdoor seating areas.
The project has already become a standout along the foreshore and it’s been great seeing so many people stop to take it all in. We can’t wait for the playground and waterpark to officially open so the whole precinct can come to life.
