A purpose built healthcare facility delivered by our Construction and Joinery teams in collaboration with Space Design Architecture.

This new build, carried out over 10 months, was designed to provide a modern, functional medical centre for the growing local community. The layout includes 12 consult rooms, a welcoming reception and waiting area, staff offices and facilities, and a separate pathology tenancy to support a wide range of health services.

Through careful planning and strong collaboration across the project team, all challenges were managed effectively and the program was delivered with quality in mind.

This facility is now set to provide essential services in a space that balances practicality with comfort, a medical hub designed to serve the Mount Hutton community for years to come.
