Skelcon have recently completed a total office fit out in the heart of newcastle. the brief was to create an impressive and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors, with a focus on maximising the impressive harbour views.

We kept the colour scheme of the space natural and textural, which paired seamlessly with the caramel tone timber joinery, display cabinets, stone concierge desk and gallery wall in a modern Reception space.
Included in the fit out were some unique and functional components, including a luxe End Of Trip facility, a feature wall disguising luggage storage for visiting clients and a flexible boardroom space, suitable for both formal meetings and casual seating. In addition, the fit out encompassed a large kitchen and breakout area, six executive offices, an employee lounge, internal meeting rooms and a classic, modern, open-plan workspace.
Every detail of this fitout was intentional, from the strategic layout of the breakout space harnessing the panoramic views, to the addition of the End Of Trip facility.
