Expanding Hand Therapy Centre East Maitland.
Following the successful completion of Salamander Bay, Skelcon delivered the renovation and extension of the Hand Therapy Centre East Maitland clinic
The brief was to expand the main therapy space and upgrade key areas including reception, waiting, gym, steri room, lunchroom, and sewing room, while tying the new works seamlessly into the existing fit-out. Working within a live environment required careful planning and staging to ensure the clinic could continue operations throughout construction.
The finished result is a larger, more functional space that maintains the familiar look and feel patients know, while providing updated facilities to better support the team’s growing needs.
