This early learning education centre was a new childcare construction project on a site with an existing centre.

The brief included the demolition of an existing residential building and complete construction of a new childcare centre, including playground and carpark. Mandatory upgrades to an adjacent council road were also included within the brief provided a number of hurdles to the Skelcon team, which were effectively addressed with approvals from council attained.
With the centre boasting 5 playrooms, 3 outdoor playgrounds, welcoming entry & reception, admin office, large commercial kitchen, staff roomâ kitchen, laundry & storeroom, a 21 space car park and a very exciting hobby farm, this construction was a challenging yet rewarding project for the Skelcon team.
