Having successfully completing numerous projects for IRIS Capital, Skelcon was approached by the group to undertake refurbishment works to another of their Newcastle establishments.
After building a clientele in Newcastle for the past few years, Dr Scott Turner decided to establish a full-time aesthetic clinic, further from his flagship Northern Beaches location.
Further expanding their Australian presence, The Good Feet Store opened their newest store in the Lendlease operated Erina Fair on the Central Coast.

Vamp Cosmetic Clinic, an iconic and long-standing cosmetic clinic in Newcastle, have expanded their presence into a new, beautifully curated space in the heart of town.
Approached by the architect on this project, the goal was to transform an empty commercial space into a multi-functional, minimalist yet stylish hair salon.
A digital powerhouse and repeat client, Mudbath sought to expand their existing capacity by converting an empty tenancy downstairs into a second office.
The purpose of this project was to demolish an existing mechanical workshop and deliver a brand-new, multi-purpose medical building.
The Doctors Argenton required demolition of an existing building, a large internal strip-out and additions to an existing building including a new car park.

Skelcon were approached by the Iris Group to undertake extensive alterations and additions to the existing Shaft Tavern, including bistro, café, bottle shop and carpark to create the new Hotel Elermore.
