A state of the art clubhouse creating an intimate community feel for the newly established over 50’s lifestyle resort! Skelcon worked collaboratively with Tallowood Medowie developers Vivacity and their consultants to create this 5 star facility for the residents.

The meticulously designed clubhouse provides residents with an indoor pool, gym, sauna, spa, cinema, bar, function room, kitchen, group exercise/craft room, library, pool table area and dining area opening onto a large deck and feature fire pit.
The evolving design required detailed project planning and cost analysis from the Skelcon Team. The project has become one of Skelcon’s largest to date, handing over in April 2021 as the first residents settled into the village.
The completed clubhouse made an overwhelmingly positive impact to the village, with nearly all houses in Stage 2 now sold! Skelcon have established a great relationship with developers Vivacity and are working with Vivacity on future opportunities.
