Roberts Legal is a project that included a full office fitout for their tenancy, and also construction within other areas of the building, dividing one large tenancy into two smaller ones.

The project with Roberts Legal was one with multiple considerations as the scope of the job was larger than just their office fitout. The building owner also commissioned us to alter the internal layout of the building, meaning that we were managing several spaces within the one building, all containing businesses with varying needs and requirements.

We conducted the project of working on a number of large and high profile tenants with an approach that focused on communication, full transparency and an ability to be open to negotiation where required. Our ultimate aim was to ensure that we not only delivered on quality but also on respect and consideration to the continued undisrupted business of those around us. It was a high priority of the building owner to keep their tenants happy and productive while providing them with a more modern, functional office space. We tackled the challenge of managing multiple factors while conducting our construction works and were able to successfully produce positive outcomes in all areas.

Access all areas

With time, space and occupancy considerations, this project had unique challenges and wins that we were excited to experience. The Roberts Legal office fitout was a multi-pronged undertaking that was delivered successfully thanks to the communication, consideration and patience of all parties involved in the construction.

Success for a timely operation

Although our timeframe for the build were already tight so as not to disrupt business operation for tenants, we were able to successfully deliver the project ahead of schedule. This wasn’t due to it being a rush job; quality and careful consideration of the space were highest priority. But, thanks to the cohesive working environment that was nurtured by everyone involved, we were able to effectively and efficiently do our job and let the tenants get on with theirs.

Legal division

Our only full office fitout for this project was for Roberts Legal. With a thriving legal practice, we understood that they were going to need a functional space that worked for both them and the clients who frequented the office regularly. We collaborated with them on their needs within their new office, allowing for larger boardroom meetings and more private client meetings, and their vision for how the space would reflect their firm’s great reputation and branding. The client was extremely happy throughout the construction process and also the end result.
