In the heart of Newcastle's CBD this renovation aimed to create two Spec-suites ready for leasing. With Skelcon's designs, both spaces were secured by tenants before construction began!
Our team handled the design, construction and joinery, completing the project in just 7 weeks—two weeks ahead of schedule.
The triangular floor plan presented a challenge for the layout, but we used this to create a unique and dynamic workplace. The result? A bright, inviting space with natural light flowing throughout each level providing staff with open plan workspaces, breakout areas and curves to balance out the sharp angles.
