Designed to support both patient comfort and day-to-day functionality, the fit-out transformed an existing tenancy into a modern, highly considered healthcare environment tailored to the needs of a growing orthodontic practice.⁠

The project included four surgeries, two consult rooms, dedicated lab and 3D printing spaces, reception and waiting areas, along with carefully planned back-of-house facilities. Working closely across our Design, Construct and Joinery teams, the space was brought to life through detailed craftsmanship, refined finishes and custom joinery elements integrated throughout the clinic. The reception area became a standout feature of the project, creating a welcoming first impression while balancing practicality for staff and patients alike.⁠

Delivered through strong collaboration, clear communication and a well-coordinated construction programme, the project ran smoothly from start to finish.
