This 12-week design and construct project involved a complete de-fit and fit-out of an existing building, transforming it into a functional and efficient medical space. 

The brief was clear: Increase practice capacity while creating a layout that supports both staff workflow and patient experience.

The result: A thoughtfully planned practice featuring a welcoming reception and waiting area, admin office, manager’s office, five consult rooms, three labs, staff breakout and upgraded amenities.
