The building celebrates a timeless palette of polished concrete, viroc cladding, Lutyen bricks and blackbutt timber with expansive glazing with window hoods that frame the westerly view yet shields sun load. Natural blackbutt veneer elevates the joinery and timber lined ceilings provide the warmth required to offset the internal brick walls, formed concrete island bench and fireplace hearths.
